The scattering of element concentration during the manufacturing process causes the properties deviations of optimal alloy. Alloy-by-design usually based on MOOP (= Multi Objective Optimization Problem), so the result of such optimization is the pareto-front with a set of optimal compositions. The sensitivity of such pareto-points is depend on optimization problem and should be taken into account. The most known models for sensitivity require a high computation effort. So we derive a fast model for the moop-sensitivity, based on regression analysis of mean variation of given properties.
