Research

My research is on hybrid non-polar TMCM-BX3(B=Mn, Pb: X=I,Br,Cl) perovskite materials for the electrocaloric effect. With the presence of molecules and different atomic compositions, this structure presents a vast amount of degrees of freedom which I aim to manipulate in the quest of tuning and finding the optimal properties i.e, molecular orientations and halide compositions for maximal electrocaloric effects.
