Abstract

Sprutted materials libraries are characterized with spatially resolved techniques, i.e. Atomic Force Microscopie (AFM) and Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy (SECM). Combining both techniques, the local electrochemical activity from SECM can be directaly related to topological changes from AFM.
