Erratum: Band lineup at hexagonal SixGe 1−x/SiyGe 1−y alloy interfaces
Correction: Table I contained an error in the value given for 𝐸𝑐 of the 2H-Ge structure and has been fixed. Corresponding changes to the band offsets in the sixth column have been made and two values in the seventh column have been corrected. The previously published Figure 1 was replaced to reflect the corrected Table I values.
